The cuvée of 50% Merlot, 25% Blaufränkisch and 25% Zweigelt combines international elegance with Austrian origin and harmoniously brings together the strengths of the individual grape varieties. The Hillinger HILL 1 2020 matured for over 24 months in new French barriques and spent a total of 3 to 5 years in barriques, some new, some used. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, the wine is dense and concentrated, yet always controlled and balanced.
