Die Reifung basiert auf einer Vermählung aus Ex-Rye-Whiskey-Fässern, frischen Chinkapin-Eichenfässern und First Fill Bordeaux-Rotweinfässern, die jeweils sowohl mit getorftem als auch ungetorftem Spirit belegt werden. So entsteht die charakteristische Kombination aus sechs Fasstypen, die für eine perfekte Balance zwischen leichter Torfrauchigkeit, fruchtiger Tiefe, Würze und Süße sorgen. Der Whisky überzeugt mit seiner honiggoldenen Farbe und einem feinen Hauch von Rotweintönen.
