The Amouro Apéritif aux herbes non-alcoholic 0.74 l is a modern, regionally influenced herbal aperitif whose French name may convey Mediterranean elegance, but whose origins are firmly rooted in Eastern Styria. It is made from hand-picked elderflowers from the region and a finely balanced selection of aromatic herbs, which give it its fresh, fruity and multi-layered character. The non-alcoholic Vermutivo is the result of a joint project between the Schauer winery, the producers of STIN Styrian Dry Gin and Graz bartenders and lifestyle restaurateurs Alex Knoll and Simon Possegger. This collaboration combines wine expertise, distillation knowledge and modern bar culture to create an extraordinary aperitif that deliberately sets itself apart from conventional non-alcoholic drinks.

The composition of citrus fruits, herbs and elderflower creates a balanced interplay of aromas that combines lightness, freshness and regional identity. Vermutivo is therefore a versatile aperitif that is perfect both before a meal and in relaxed moments.
