Rhum Dillon - AOC Agricole from Martinique
Rhum Dillon has been produced at the Habitation Dillon near Fort-de-France since 1779 - a classic AOC Agricole rum made from locally grown sugar cane, directly pressed and distilled. The Maison still uses historic steam engines and works in an environmentally conscious manner with reduced water consumption and district heating from bagasse.
Region & origin
The sugar cane cultivation around Basse-Pointe and Fort-de-France guarantees authentic aromas. As an AOC-licensed rum, Dillon stands for typical regional style and uncompromising quality.

Production combines traditional Creole column distillation (65%) with gentle ageing. After five months of maturation, the rum is bottled white (50-55% ABV), while older variants are matured in oak barrels.
