The English Whisky Co. has been producing its English single malt whisky at St. George's Distillery near Norfolk in the south-east of England since 2006. The family business produces both unpeated and peated single malt and various experimental whiskies. Although the standards for whisky outside Scotland are not as strict, the St. George's distillery adheres to all Scottish standards. This makes St. George's an extremely exciting distillery project.
