The Brugal 1888 Ron Reserva Doblemente Añejado 40% Vol. 0.7 l in lantern box is a premium rum from the Dominican Republic, known for its elaborate maturation and elegant profile. Produced by the traditional Brugal distillery, which has been synonymous with the highest quality rum since 1888, this bottling embodies the heritage and expertise of five generations of rum masters.

The name "Doblemente Añejado" refers to the special ageing process: First, the rum is aged for several years in American ex-bourbon barrels made of white oak, which gives it a base of vanilla, caramel and soft roasted notes. This is followed by a second maturation in Spanish sherry casks, which gives it additional depth, fruity nuances and an elegant sweetness. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, it is soft, complex and balanced at the same time. The high-quality lantern box underlines the exclusivity of this rum and makes it an ideal gift for connoisseurs and collectors.
