The Kavalan SOLIST Brandy Cask shows the expressive signature of the renowned Kavalan Distillery, which is valued worldwide for its intensive tropical maturation and high-quality single cask bottlings. This limited edition is matured in selected first fill brandy casks, resulting in a particularly fruity and full-bodied character. The whisky is bottled as a genuine single cask and appears in cask strength at 55.6% by volume, completely unchill-filtered and without colorants, which impressively underlines the natural and authentic style of the Kavalan Solist series. Presented in an elegant gift box (GB), this bottling reflects the exclusive claim of the Solist series.

The tropical conditions in Taiwan ensure rapid and intensive maturation, allowing the aromas to penetrate deep into the wood and create an exceptional concentration. The maturation in brandy cask creates warm fruit accents, creamy vanilla notes and a soft texture that blend harmoniously with the cask strength. The limited availability of this edition emphasizes its special status within the Solist series, which stands for precise cask selection, aromatic intensity and the unmistakable combination of quality and expressiveness.

Sehr schöner Kavalan Whisky! In der Nase zeigt sich unmittelbar eine feine leicht würzige, tiefere Brandynote, dahinter Obstkuchen mit dezentem Zitrus-Orangen-Gelee, im Geschmack herb-würzig, voll, kräftig, leicht bitterlichem Brandy, tolles Mundgefühl, der Abgang mittellang bis lang, etwas trocken. Verträgt einige Wasserzugabe ohne an Würze zu verlieren. Abschließend im Nosing deutlich Lychee Frucht in der Nase.

Sehr empfehlenswerter Kavalan!
