Im Glas zeigt sich der Lindeman’s BIN 65 Chardonnay in einem leuchtenden Goldgelb. In der Nase offenbart er ein einladendes Bukett von reifer Ananas, Pfirsich, Nektarine und Vanille, ergänzt durch einen Hauch Zitrus und dezente Röstaromen. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein vollmundig, weich und rund, mit einer angenehmen, leicht buttrigen Textur, feiner Würze und einem harmonischen Spiel zwischen Fruchtfülle und Frische. Der Nachhall ist lang, cremig und von tropischer Frucht geprägt.
Dieser Chardonnay ist ein vielseitiger Speisenbegleiter und passt hervorragend zu Geflügel in cremigen Saucen, Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten, gegrilltem Fisch, mildem Curry oder auch zu vegetarischen Gerichten mit Rahm und Käse. Auch solo oder zum Aperitif ist er ein angenehmer Genuss.
