Die außergewöhnliche geografische Lage, die durch ein ideales Mikroklima und mineralstoffreiche Böden geprägt ist, ermöglicht den Anbau besonders hochwertiger Glera-Trauben. Diese dienen als Basis für diesen Premium-Spumante, der in der Linie "MO" von Mionetto das elegante Flaggschiff darstellt. Die Vinifikation erfolgt nach der Méthode Charmat mit einer Reifezeit von mindestens sechs Monaten, was dem Wein zusätzliche Komplexität und Finesse verleiht.

Im Glas zeigt sich der MO Cartizze Dry in einem hellen, klaren Strohgelb mit feiner, beständiger Perlage. Die Nase wird von einem eleganten Duftprofil dominiert, das Noten von grünem Apfel, leichten Honignuancen und einem Hauch Nussigkeit vereint. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Spumante besonders fein und ausgewogen, mit zarter Süße, geschmeidiger Textur und einem harmonischen Abgang, der durch Frische und Tiefe überzeugt.

Serviert bei einer Temperatur von 5–7 °C, eignet sich der MO Cartizze hervorragend als stilvoller Aperitif.
