Die Trauben stammen aus ausgewählten Lagen und werden nach der Charmat-Methode vergoren – ein Verfahren, das Frische und Finesse bewahrt. Der MO Prosecco wird im Edelstahltank ausgebaut und reift mindestens sechs Monate auf der Feinhefe.

Im Glas zeigt sich der Mionetto MO Prosecco Extra Dry in einem klaren, strohgelben Farbton mit feiner, anhaltender Perlage. In der Nase dominieren frische Noten von grünem Apfel, Birne, Golden Delicious und weißen Blüten, begleitet von feinen Anklängen an Akazie und Honig. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Schaumwein trocken mit ausgewogener Säure, lebendigem Fruchtspiel und einem Hauch von zarter Bitternote im Abgang.
