Der Henkell Alkoholfrei 0,2 l ist die handliche, elegante Mini-Variante des beliebten alkoholfreien Klassikers aus dem Hause Henkell Freixenet. Er vereint prickelnde Frische, feinperlige Eleganz und den unverwechselbaren Henkell-Stil – ganz ohne Alkohol. Hergestellt aus einer Cuvée ausgewählter Weißweine, wird er zunächst wie ein klassischer Sekt vinifiziert. Anschließend wird der Alkohol in einem besonders schonenden Vakuumverfahren entzogen, wodurch die feinen Fruchtaromen und die elegante Struktur vollständig erhalten bleiben.

Das Ergebnis ist ein spritziger, alkoholfreier Schaumwein, der Lebensfreude und Stil auf leichte Weise vermittelt. Ideal für alle, die auf Alkohol verzichten möchten, aber dennoch den vollen Sektgenuss erleben wollen – ob unterwegs, bei festlichen Anlässen oder als stilvoller Aperitif. Tasting notes: Im Glas zeigt sich der Henkell Alkoholfrei in einem hellen Goldgelb mit feiner, lebendiger Perlage. In der Nase entfalten sich Aromen von grünem Apfel, Birne und Zitrusfrüchten, begleitet von dezenten Blütentönen und einem Hauch Honigmelone. Am Gaumen wirkt der Schaumwein frisch, harmonisch und fein abgestimmt, mit lebendiger Säure und einer angenehm milden Süße. Der Abgang ist rund, elegant und ausgewogen, getragen von fruchtiger Frische und zarter Perlage – ein stilvoller alkoholfreier Genussmoment in praktischer Form.

Der Henkell Alkoholfrei 0,2 l ist vielseitig einsetzbar und ideal als Aperitif, zu leichten Vorspeisen, Sommer-Salaten, Fisch oder hellen Fleischgerichten. Ebenso harmoniert er wunderbar zu fruchtigen Desserts und Erdbeer-Törtchen. Serviert bei einer Temperatur von 5–7 °C, entfaltet er seine Frische und lebendige Perlage optimal. Die Trinkreife liegt bei 1–2 Jahren nach der Abfüllung, um das volle Aroma und die prickelnde Leichtigkeit zu bewahren.
