Collection: Inicio Tequila

Inicio Blanco won gold at the ÖGZ 2019 and silver at the DLG 2016. Reposado and Añejo were awarded Grand Gold and Gold respectively at the ISW 2019. The Extra-Añejo stands out with its smooth, long finish and authentic agave flavour.

100% Blue Weber agave, hand-selected and cooked in traditional stone ovens, then fermented and double-distilled in copper stills. The Reposado and Añejo are aged for several months in French oak or wine barriques, whilst the Extra Añejo is aged for at least 36 months in former wine casks.

Distilled at an altitude of 1,500–2,000 metres in Jalisco, from agaves that have matured for 7–12 years in volcanic soil under more than 2,800 days of sunshine. The tequila is bottled at the family distillery around 25 km from Tequila City – strictly in accordance with NOM 1477 and using spring water from the region.

• Inicio Tequila BLANCO 100% Blue Agave - LECHUZA 40% ABV 0.7l: Clear and fresh with delicate notes of agave, citrus and pepper – ideal neat or in cocktails.
• Inicio Tequila REPOSADO 100% Blue Agave - BISONTE 40% ABV 0.7l: Lagered for 2–6 months in wood – velvety with aromas of vanilla, caramel and a hint of spice.
• Añejo – Jaguar: Aged for 12–36 months in wood – full-bodied with dark wood, chocolate, tobacco and a long, smooth finish.
• Extra-Añejo: Aged for over 36 months in wine casks – luxurious, velvety and deeply aromatic.
