Die Rebsorten Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Bouvier und Gelber Muskateller vereinen sich zu einem harmonischen Ensemble, das sowohl fruchtige Intensität als auch florale Eleganz in sich trägt.
Die Reben gedeihen auf kiesigem Braunerdeboden, der dem Wein seine ausgeprägte Mineralität und Lebendigkeit verleiht. Nach der Gärung im Edelstahltank bei 15 °C ruht der Wein für drei Monate auf der Feinhefe, was ihm zusätzliche Cremigkeit und Struktur verleiht. Diese vinophile Handschrift der Familie Salzl bringt einen Jahrgang hervor, der sofort trinkreif ist und sich bis 2026 bei optimaler Lagerung hervorragend entwickelt.

Im Glas leuchtet der Wein in einem klaren, strahlenden Grün-Gelb mit jugendlichem Schimmer. Die Nase öffnet sich mit Aromen von grünem Apfel, Stachelbeere und Maracuja, begleitet von Grapefruit, Holunderblüten und einer an Erdbeer-Himbeer-Sorbet erinnernden Fruchtnote. Im Hintergrund zeigt sich eine feine Kräuterwürze. Am Gaumen begeistert der Don Bepo mit einer knackigen Säure, frischer Mineralität, exotischen Fruchtnuancen und einer zarten Fruchtsüße, die durch einen festen Kern und ein animierendes Spiel ergänzt wird. Das schmeichelnde Bouquet rundet den Gesamteindruck harmonisch ab.
