Vinified from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, the vines come from sandy soils that give the wine a special mineral freshness and structure. After careful manual harvesting, the must undergoes traditional maceration in steel tanks at 30 °C, with a maceration period of 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Further ageing takes place over 12 months in small oak barrels - 100% new wood.
