Die Rebsorten Vermentino und Trebbiano bilden die Grundlage für die dort produzierten Weine. Das hervorragende Klima im Frühling, mit optimalen Bedingungen im April und Mai, fördert ein schnelles Wachstum der Rebstöcke. Ein heißer Juli initiiert die Traubenreifung, die durch die Regenfälle im folgenden Monat sanft unterstützt wird. Die Abkühlung im August ermöglicht es, dass sich essenzielle Inhaltsstoffe in den Trauben konzentrieren, was zur Erzielung einer exzellenten Qualität bezüglich der Aromen und Polyphenole führt.
Die Vinifikation der Weine erfolgt in Edelstahltanks, um die Frische und Reinheit der Frucht zu bewahren. Abschließend werden die Weine mit einem Naturkorken verschlossen, was die traditionelle Herangehensweise an die Weinherstellung unterstreicht und die Qualität des Endprodukts sichert. Remole Bianco glänzt hell in einem zarten Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen im Glas. In der Nase angenehm fruchtig mit Noten von reifer Birne und deutlicher Nektarine. Die äußerst zarten Anklänge von Weißdorn verschmelzen im Mund mit einem wohltuenden und ausgewogenen Geschmack.
Dieser Wein mit seinem frischen und fruchtigen Duft ist schön trinkbar und vielseitig. Er ist ein ausgezeichneter Aperitif, doch empfiehlt er sich auch als Wein bei Tisch, zu reichhaltigen Salaten sowie zu ersten Gängen und Hauptgerichten auf Fischbasis.
