Der Grundwein stammt überwiegend von Lössböden im nordöstlichen Teil des Weinviertels, einer Region, die für ihre fruchtbetonten Weißweine und ihre tief in die Erde gegrabenen Kellerröhren bekannt ist. Diese natürlichen Lagerstätten bieten ideale Bedingungen für die Reifung der Grundweine und verleihen dem fertigen Sekt seine feine Struktur und Balance.
Das Erscheinungsbild unterstreicht den hohen Anspruch: Eine extra dunkle Flasche schützt den Inhalt vor Licht und bewahrt das frische Aromabild, während das goldgeprägte Etikett optisch Eleganz und Exklusivität vermittelt. Die zweite Gärung erfolgt nach der Charmat-Methode, um die sortentypischen Frucht- und Würznoten des Grünen Veltliners optimal zur Geltung zu bringen.

Im Glas zeigt sich der Sekt in einem hellen Strohgelb mit feinperliger, lebendiger Mousseux. Die Nase wird geprägt von saftigem Apfel, Ananas und einem Hauch weißer Blüten. Typisch für Grünen Veltliner zeigt sich eine subtile Pfefferwürze im Hintergrund. Am Gaumen fein und zartduftig mit trockenem, ausgewogenem Profil, eleganter Frische und mineralischem Nachhall. Das Bukett entfaltet sich am besten in einem tulpenförmigen Sektglas.

Dieser Sekt eignet sich perfekt als stilvoller Aperitif, begleitet aber auch hervorragend kalte Vorspeisen, Fischgerichte, Meeresfrüchte oder vegetarische Küche mit frischen Kräutern. Durch seine Frische und Würze harmoniert er auch gut mit asiatisch inspirierten Speisen oder Fingerfood bei festlichen Anlässen.
