Nach der Grundreifung in Eichenfässern wird der Whisky für die finale Aromatisierung in ehemalige Amarone-Fässer umgelagert. Diese bringen intensive Noten von dunklen Beeren, reifen Trauben und Gewürzen ein, die in Verbindung mit der soliden Malzbasis einen eleganten, komplexen Charakter ergeben.
