The Redbreast 27 Years Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Ruby Port Cask is a masterpiece of Irish distilling and is one of the most impressive bottlings from the Midleton Distillery. With this edition, the brand presents a cask-strength bottling that impressively underlines Redbreast's craftsmanship and exceptional maturation expertise. No drop of the distillate is younger than 27 years, which is an absolute rarity even in Ireland.

The Redbreast 27 Year Old Ruby Port Cask combines the finest single pot still distillates matured in an exquisite selection of first and second-fill bourbon casks, sherry butts and first-fill port casks from the Douro Valley. This combination creates an impressive depth and complexity that is unparalleled even among premium whiskeys. The port wine barrels lend the whiskey fruity notes of mango, pineapple and berries, harmoniously accompanied by toasted oak. With its luxurious aroma and high alcohol content of 53.5% vol., this whiskey will win over connoisseurs and collectors alike.

Each bottle is presented in an elegant wooden box and bottled in small batches - a real collector's item that masterfully combines tradition, quality and time. The Redbreast 27 Years Old is the brand's oldest and most exclusive bottling and symbolizes almost three decades of patient maturation and perfection. It is an excellent culinary accompaniment to dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, roasted walnuts or dried fruit. It also impresses with its depth and structure as an accompaniment to game dishes such as venison or duck as well as strong hard cheeses such as Comté or mature cheddar.
