Der NC’NEAN ORGANIC Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky Batch MN21 59% 0,7 l + GB stammt aus der jungen, innovativen Nc’Nean Distillery an der Westküste Schottlands, die für ihre nachhaltige, ökologische Produktionsweise bekannt ist. Diese limitierte Cask-Strength-Abfüllung wird ausschließlich aus zertifiziert biologischer Gerste gewonnen und in einer Kombination aus ausgewählten Fässern gereift, die der Brennerei ihren unverwechselbaren Stil verleihen. Batch MN21 präsentiert die natürliche Intensität der Nc’Nean-Spirituose in Fassstärke, ungefiltert und mit natürlicher Farbe, wodurch sich der Whisky in seiner reinen, kraftvollen Form zeigt. Die typische Eleganz des Hauses – geprägt von fruchtigen Noten, floraler Tiefe und cremiger Textur – wird durch den höheren Alkoholgehalt noch präziser und aromatisch vielschichtiger herausgearbeitet.

Als eine der ersten vollständig nachhaltig arbeitenden Brennereien Schottlands setzt Nc’Nean auf erneuerbare Energiequellen, Recycling, Zero-Waste-Ansätze und 100 Prozent recyceltes Glas für ihre Flaschen. Diese Cask-Strength-Edition zeigt eindrucksvoll, wie modern interpretierter Highland-Whisky mit biologischen Zutaten und klarer Nachhaltigkeitsphilosophie ein eigenständiges, hochwertiges Profil entwickeln kann. Die elegante Geschenkbox (GB) unterstreicht den modernen Charakter dieser besonderen Abfüllung. Tasting notes: Farbe: Goldenes Stroh.

Nase: Reife gelbe Früchte, Vanille, Zitrus, leichte Kräuternoten und cremige Süße.

Geschmack: Intensiv, fruchtig, mit Noten von Pfirsich, Honig, Gewürzen, heller Eiche und malziger Tiefe.

Abgang: Lang anhaltend, warm, fruchtbetont und würzig mit eleganter Fassnote.

Dieser Nc’Nean Organic Cask Strength passt hervorragend zu hellen Desserts wie Zitronentarte, Vanillecreme oder Honigkuchen, da seine fruchtig-süßen Noten die zarten Aromenschichten der Speisen ergänzen. Ebenso harmoniert er mit milden Käsesorten, gerösteten Mandeln oder frischen Früchten wie Pfirsich und Birne. Pur entfaltet er seine volle Intensität, entwickelt aber mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser zusätzliche florale Nuancen und eine weichere, cremige Struktur.
