Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero area in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.
The special thing about Grappa Sibona is that it has a special distilling license, the No 1 of the UTF.
The Grappa Piemontese is made from Barolo pomace of freshly selected grapes, chosen by Sibona during the harvest.
Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper stills, and aging takes place for a long period in stainless steel tanks. A very long aging, first in medium, then in smaller oak barrels completes this grappa.
